New Photo of the Week: Peace in the Morning
Posted: November 25, 2011This week's New Photo of the Week is "Peace in the Morning" by Sunny Photography. The photo was taken on the beautiful and lush island of Kauai, the fourth largest of the main islands in the Hawaiian archipelago and the oldest, at approximately six million years old. Guava, coffee, sugarcane, mango, banana, papaya, avocado, star fruit, kava and pineapple are all cultivated here. It's no wonder Kauai was voted Hawaii's best island in 2011 for the second year in a row by Travel + Leisure magazine readers. I can just smell the salt water and hear the water gently receding from the rocks!
