Technical Requirements
Before uploading your image, please make sure that it adheres to the following requirements:
- Format: Please upload JPEG files only. At this time, we are unable to accept other digital formats or negatives. All files should be sRGB color space.
- Size: Please upload the largest file size you have of the image. We prefer images at least 2400x1600 pixels. This is very important, as larger file sizes allow us to sell larger prints.
- Proportions: You may submit irregularly-sized images, but please note that the image will be cropped (either by consumers before checkout, or automatically) so that it can be printed as a regular image size (ex. 8x10).
- Imprints and Trademarks: Please do not submit photos with a date, logo, or any other imprint. Images may not contain logos, advertisements, modern works of art, characters (ex. Mickey Mouse) or graphics that are copyrighted or trademarked.
- Recognizable Faces or Property: You may choose to submit your image for commercial or editorial-only purposes.
- If your image has a visible face(s), you may submit a signed model release for each visible face and thus market it for commercial purposes. Or, in the absence of a release, you may designate the image as "editorial only" by checking the relevant box at the bottom of the submission form. - Likewise, if your image includes recognizable property (such as the inside or outside of a home), you may submit a signed property release for the image and thus market it for commercial purposes.
